SMS Property Lines

The Talking House, where a buyer calls a phone number and listens to a recorded description of a property has been around in the real estate industry for decades.  But the new generation of this is called SMS or Text Property Lines.

Basically, a buyer texts a code that they see on an advertisement, and as soon as they do, they receive an SMS or Text Message back with all of the information about the property and the listing agent and in return, the listing agent receives the contact information for the buyer lead and their cell phone number to follow up with them going forward.
